Implementation

A signed licence still has to become working access.

Tech-Info Advisory supports OEM-side implementation after the licence is agreed: standing up the access that was contracted, coordinating the local and HQ functions, systems and technical support needed to deliver it, and handing it over in a state the organisation can run.

Configured access equipment and a diagnostic interface prepared beside an automotive workshop bay.

What this service covers

Contract signature is not operational delivery. If technical delivery was not designed before signature, implementation is where that gap becomes visible — missing vehicles or data, access that cannot be provisioned as assumed, authentication and gateway issues, unclear delivery frequency, or no one named to support the arrangement.

This service coordinates post-contract setup across the local and HQ functions that own the relevant systems, data and technical support: data and access provisioning; system, server or secure-gateway arrangements where they are required; technical integration and engineering support; delivery method and frequency; invoicing, payment and tax or withholding as launch administration; and data-quality or missing-data issues at go-live. The end of the stage is operational handover. Tech-Info coordinates and supports implementation; operational ownership remains with the OEM and the functions responsible for its systems, data and aftersales delivery.

Key outcomes

  • A post-contract implementation path from agreed licence to working access.
  • Provisioning and delivery set up against what was actually contracted — including systems, gateways or other access methods where they apply.
  • A way to handle launch issues: missing data or vehicles, quality, authentication, and the functions that need to be in the room.
  • Operational handover, including delivery schedules and administrative setup, so the arrangement is runnable.

Who this service is for

  • OEM, national sales company and authorised importer teams responsible for turning a signed licence into live access.
  • Aftersales, technical, engineering and IT leads who will provision data, systems or support.
  • Finance and commercial stakeholders involved in invoicing, payment and launch administration.
