His career has spanned multiple markets and complex automotive aftermarket and service challenges, bringing together business leadership, customer strategy, technology and practical implementation.
John has also been actively involved in multiple automotive data-licensing cases. Through Tech-Info Advisory, he applies that experience to help OEMs, national sales companies and authorised importers establish workable intermediary licensing arrangements and operating models.
John is the author of Tech-Info Advisory’s published Insights, examining how OEM information, intermediary access and licensing decisions translate into day-to-day Aftersales operations.
